Shipping options for UK orders

UK shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package. All orders are sent with a Royal Mail Tracked services from as low as £2.99 (depending on weight).

We cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost in transit. 

You can view the shipping charges at checkout before finalising your purchase. 

 

Order Processing:

All orders are completed, ready for despatch within 1-2 days after purchase unless items in your order are 'preordered'.

You will receive a confirmation email upon purchase with your order details.

You will also receive a notification email when your order is despatched and it should include your tracking information. If this does not occur, please contact Bella & The Moon.

 

International Shipping

Bella & The Moon proudly offers international shipping, allowing you to send thoughtful gifts to loved ones across the globe.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bella & The Moon is not responsible for these charges.

All international orders are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked Delivery for end-to-end tracking so you know where you parcel is at all times.

European shipping costs £17.99 and should arrive in 3-5 working days from despatch date.

Orders going out to the rest of the world costs £23.99 and should arrive in 6-7 business days from despatch date.

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original, pristine condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Any goods returned which are not in the condition in which they were sent will not be refunded. 

The buyer must cover the return/exchange postage costs. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bellascagell.andthemoon@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
